Throughout November, the team behind our award-winning wine program is pouring a selection of regional touchstones by the glass via Coravin. These wines are rarely, if ever, offered outside of a full bottle, giving guests a unique opportunity to taste these extraordinary wines.
The list spans over a decade of vintages from some of Tuscany’s most storied estates: Il Poggione, Ciacci, Caprili, Sassetti, Conti Costanti and Le Ragnaie; plus a Super Tuscan from Tenuta San Guido.
These special pours are available throughout November in our main dining room during dinner service.
